Executive management

The executive management group consists of a team of highly involved people who combine entrepreneurial leadership experience with genuine engineering competence. The team’s competence is broad and covers key areas within the development of energy storing systems, international marketing and sales as well as large size project financing. The executive team consists of:

 

Daniel Troedsson (1969) - CEO

Master of Science, Linköping University - Science and Engineering, University of Gothenburg - economic studies, University of Newcastle - BSc Controlling and Automation.

Shares: 200,000 via Companit Holding AB

Company CEO and also involved in sales. Daniel has broad experience in management and development, as well as management consulting including start-ups and product launches. He worked for SKF for eight years prior to joining Alelion, most recently heading up the Nordic engineering team in Business Application. Daniel has worked as a consultant for Cap Gemini IT and Omicron Ceti, where his responsibility covered southern Sweden. He was also a member of the leadership team there.

Fredrik Sööder (1971)
DIRECTOR R&D (RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT)

Technical college engineer, Lundbygymnasiet, Gothenburg

Employed since: 2010

Shares: 4,299; stock options: 100,000

Responsible for development, patent and quality assurance of projects and technology. Fredrik has a long track record of constructional design. Prior to joining Alelion he spent eight years at Markem Imaje, most recently as Technical Product Manager, focusing on inkjet printers. He has also worked as a designer and production manager for inkjet printers at Markpoint AB.

Peter Nyström (1969) 

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Peter is responsible for finance and human resources. Peter has extensive experience in entrepreneurial leadership roles within retail, most recently as CEO at Hefa AB, a subsidiary to New Wave. He has also held the positions of CFO and deputy CEO at Clipper Group Holding AB.

  

 

Åsa Nordström (1972)

DIRECTOR SALES AND MARKETING

Åsa is responsible for sales and marketing activities. Activities take place both towards OEM customers and end users. Åsa’s background is within marketing, communication and sales and always associated with industrial solutions. Åsa has worked for SKF where she had international roles in communication and marketing and most recently as sales manager in the local sales company.

 

Fredrik Lüsch (1973)
CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

Master of Science, Chalmers University of Technology, Gothenburg

Fredrik is responsible for manufacturing and sourcing. Fredrik has extensive experience in leadership roles within manufacturing, procurement and sales. Fredrik worked for SKF AB prior to joining Alelion.

2016-09-06 Alelion gets its first order outside of Europe. A distribution centre in Australia chooses lithium-ion batteries for their forklifts.

The total order value for the project runs up to SEK 12 million and Alelion has received its first partial order of SEK 4.45 million. A newly built central warehouse has chosen to equip its complete fleet of forklifts with lithium-ion-batteries from Alelion.
